Water temperatures range from 78°F to 80°F year-round. Visibility in Fiji is generally between 50-150 feet and especially good in Fiji's winter months (May to Sept). Soft corals require plankton for feeding, so there will always be plankton where the corals are lush. Visibility is superb on the outer reefs.

You'll see gorgonian sea fans, often decorated with yellow, red or orange crinoids and soft corals. The reefs boast several types of sharks including white, black and silver tip, bull, lemon and tiger sharks.
